| Deer and other Wildlife have quite different vision than Humans! Whitetail Deer are three thousand times more sensative to ultra-violet light. This photo shows why any good Deer Fence must have white warning flags tied to the New Deer Fence about 3.5'-4' high. The white flags you see above are actually "Nature's Warning Flags", Whitetail Deer that has been frightened by my camera. It is also true that Resident Deer are much more shy of strangers, than neighborhood residents. |
